Terms of Service
These terms govern your purchase and use of the Claude Code Cron Cookbook ("the Product"), a digital download published by Charlie Morrison ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Product you agree to these terms.
1. The Product
The Product is a digital information product: written guides, patterns, and example prompt templates for building scheduled AI agents. It is delivered electronically as a downloadable file (HTML, PDF, and Markdown sources). It is sold as "Early Access" — a portion of the content is available at purchase, and the remaining chapters are released through June 2026 at no additional cost to buyers.
2. Payment and Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record (reseller) for this Product. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, and the collection and remittance of applicable sales tax/VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
3. License
On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to access and use the Product for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish the contents. Standalone example code blocks included in the Product are provided under the MIT License and may be reused freely.
4. Acceptable use
- You may not share your copy or download link with others.
- You may not republish the written content, in whole or in part, as your own.
- You may use the techniques and example code in your own projects, commercial or otherwise.
5. Disclaimer
The Product is provided "as is", for educational purposes. The patterns and prompts describe approaches used in the author's own infrastructure; they are not guaranteed to fit every environment. You are responsible for testing anything you deploy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Product.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy and Paddle's buyer protection.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes apply to purchases made after the change.
